We offer hands-on service from Concept to Completion. We design and draw all of our plans. We are on site for every phase of the project. Most of the work is done in house.

What we can do for you!
Design and Drawings
We can design anything you may want to do to your house. Whether it is Remodeling, Room Addition or adding an ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit), we do it all in-house.
Building for All Trades
All Trades can be done in-house from start to finish. However; depending on the size of the project, some trades need to be subbed out to save time.
Remodels
No matter what kind of remodel you wish to do, it is handled mostly in-house. The only things we sub out is hardwood floor finishing, custom cabinetry and stone counter fabrication. Everything else is done in-house.
Additions
Demolition to finish, all is handled by us to help keep building costs reasonable. Limited number of sub-contractors helps eliminate needless overhead and time delays. Remember the most important feature of any addition is making it look like it has always been there!
Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU's)
AKA Granny/In-Law Units are becoming one of the most affordable and cost effective ways to add on to your existing property. California has recently passed legislation regarding ADU's that make it much easier and less costly. All Cities have different regulations regarding them, so every situation and need is different. ADU's can be used for elderly parents, college kids that need their own space or even rent it out to provide a new source of revenue.
Our Advantage is Experience
I have over 40 years of physically building homes around the Bay Area. That gives us an advantage over our competition. Experience is the best teacher of any craft. I started right after High School in 1978. Four years in the Carpenter's Apprenticeship Program and then honing my craft as a journeyman, foreman and superintendent until 1989. Dee and I started our company in 1989 and I am very proud to say that we are still here almost 30 years later.
